I Love My Dad
My father and I have always had a great relationship. He's probably one of the few guys on the planet that know's me best.
Great father/son moment of the day:
Dad and I are watching Pardon the Interruption on ESPN. Near the end of the show Tony announces that the Bulls are allowing Ben Wallace to wear his headband again. The Chicago Bulls' uniform policy forbids players from wearing a headband, but Coach Skiles and the team decided that they would no longer have the rule applied to Wallace. My father looks at me confused and says, "Since when can players not wear headbands?! (Jason) Terry wears one!"
I'm proud to say that though my father may not understand the ins and outs of basketball franchises, he knows his son's team and favorite player. =)
